The Mad Hatter

I know this is March and they look like a bunch of leprechauns, but they're not! (I had to spell check leprechaun, that word is CRAZY!) Seth came home with a note explaining that all 1st and 2nd graders who were interested, could do a little "Mad Hatter" dance before the Alice in Wonderland Jr. play. It was like a five minute dance but they would have to go to six practices, a dress rehearsal, and 4 performances. Seth was SO excited to do this! I had to calm him down and say, "Seth look me in the eyes and tell me you will go to ALL of the practices and NOT complain." He committed. So, we did it. It was a bit of work but in the end it was really fun. Of coarse the performances were the most fun.
